Julie Fain Lawrence was raised in California and originally trained as a dancer. She received her BA from the UCLA Dept. of Theatre, Film & Television, additional training at the British American Drama Academy, and graduated with an M.F.A. from the Yale School of Drama.

Her experience includes film, television, theatre, audiobooks,  voice-overs, teaching, directing and is the author of the One-Hour Shakespeare series (Routledge-Taylor & Francis).

Julie is presently an Associate Program Head and Professor for the BFA Acting Program at the Pace School of Performing Arts – Pace University….
